I am a private pay provider, which means I am “out of network” for most health insurance companies. You can look into your insurance to see if they provide reimbursement for “out of network” mental health providers. If you go this route, I will provide you with the documentation you need to obtain reimbursement. Some of my patients are able to get a large percentage of their visits covered. Reach out if you have questions about this.
